style=\"text-align: justify;\">A 497\/2010-es sz\u00e1m\u00fa Korm\u00e1nyzati Hat\u00e1rozat \u00e9s a 95\/2006-os T\u00f6rv\u00e9ny el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sainak 185. sz\u00e1m\u00fa cikkelye \u00e9rtelm\u00e9ben \u00e9s az 1706\/2007 sz\u00e1m\u00fa rendelet alapj\u00e1n, a meghirdetett funkci\u00f3 megp\u00e1ly\u00e1z\u00e1s\u00e1ra a jelentkez\u0151k a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos felt\u00e9teleket kell teljes\u00edts\u00e9k:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>megfelel a t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00e1ltal el\u0151\u00edrt jogszab\u00e1lynak a szakma gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1ra Rom\u00e1ni\u00e1ban;<\/li>\n<li>az \u00e9letkora megfelel, bet\u00f6lt\u00f6tte minimum a 18 \u00e9vet;<\/li>\n<li>teljes cselekv\u0151k\u00e9pess\u00e9ggel rendelkezik;<\/li>\n<li>az eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gi \u00e1llapota megfelel\u0151 a megp\u00e1ly\u00e1zott \u00e1ll\u00e1s bet\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00e9re, amit a csal\u00e1dorvos vagy egy illet\u00e9kes munka orvos \u00e1ltal ki\u00e1ll\u00edtott orvosi bizony\u00edtv\u00e1nnyal tud igazolni;<\/li>\n<li>megfelel a t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00e1ltal el\u0151\u00edrt tanulm\u00e1nyi v\u00e9gzetts\u00e9ggel a megp\u00e1ly\u00e1zott \u00e1ll\u00e1s bet\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00e9re;<\/li>\n<li>megfelel a t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00e1ltal el\u0151\u00edrt felt\u00e9teleknek a megp\u00e1ly\u00e1zott \u00e1ll\u00e1s
